Staff
Production staff access requires SSO, MFA, least privilege and audit. This fixture uses a local test identity only. Every action on these pages is executed by the API, which is the only enforcement point: the rights gate, the editor-role gate, the separation of audit from editorial authority and, when the dormant critical-alert control is switched on, its two-distinct-editor rule are all applied server-side. Nothing here can bypass them, and a refusal is shown with the server's own reason.
Audit archive access requires an audit-operator role (security_admin, system_admin or founder). Editorial authority does not carry it: an editor whose decisions the archive records must not also be able to export or re-export it. Acting identity: founder (founder).
Signed daily archives
The audit archive index was refused by the server (HTTP 403)
Fixture identity headers are not accepted in production mode. Use a Cognito or staff SSO bearer token.

This is the server enforcing authorization, not a display problem. The acting identity does not hold the role this endpoint requires. Nothing on this page can grant it.

Export one UTC day

Exports, hashes, chains and signs a single complete UTC day. Leaving the day blank archives the most recent complete day -- never today, which is still accumulating rows and would sign a partial period. The API fails closed with 503 when no signing key is configured: an unsigned archive looks real to everything downstream while guaranteeing nothing.

Verify the chain

Checks every archive's signature, recomputes its content hash, follows the chain links and checks period coverage. A verification that runs and fails is reported as a failure of the archive, not of the request.
